Meet Feven Solomon, an Eritrean American, who is the first and youngest Black woman to serve as Deputy Executive Director to the 57 members of the Congressional Black Caucus in both chambers of the United States Congress.  Feven is a senior policy and political professional with over a decade experience on the federal, state, and local levels.
